Return Policy

  1. This Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable for Apex Online store Home Delivery only.

  2. Order cancellation is strictly not allowed. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and exchange, Customer need to notify Customer Service by phone 06-2825296 or email enquiries@apexpharmacy.com.my to report on the Products upon 3 days of receiving the goods.

  3. Return and Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
    • a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
    • b. If the Product is near expiry or expired; or
    • c. If the Product is different from the Order delivered.

    Product for return and exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to the Customer together with proof of Purchase.

  4. Customers are encouraged to return of the items by sending it back to 83A, Jalan Munshi Abdullah, 75100 Melaka. Depending on the nature of the return, the party at fault will bear the shipping cost. Upon receive of the returned product, a replacement will be made within 7 days from the email confirmation date by Customer Service.

  5. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches Apex Warehouse. Apex will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.

  6. In the event of a refund, all member points received for the purchase of the refunded goods will be removed from the Member account.
